We take your privacy seriously. Here is exactly what we collect — and what we don't.

HireLens collects only the minimum data required to function. When you submit a LinkedIn job post URL, we store that URL and any publicly available information extracted from it (job title, company name, description). When you vote on a job post, we store an anonymized browser fingerprint hash solely to prevent duplicate votes — we never store your IP address, name, or any personally identifiable information.
We do not require you to create an account or provide an email address. We do not collect your name, phone number, location, or any personal details. We do not track your browsing behavior across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.
The data we collect is used exclusively to operate the platform: displaying job verification results, calculating trust scores, and preventing vote manipulation. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
Job data is stored in a secure database hosted on infrastructure provided by industry-standard cloud providers. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Browser fingerprint hashes are one-way hashed and cannot be reversed to identify you.
We use only functional cookies required for the platform to operate (such as theme preference and locale). We do not use advertising cookies, social media trackers, or any non-essential cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
HireLens is hosted on Vercel. By using this platform, your requests are processed through Vercel's infrastructure, which has its own privacy policy. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party analytics service.
If you submitted a job post and wish to have it removed from our platform, you can contact us at the email address below. We will process removal requests within 7 business days. Note that anonymized vote data may be retained in aggregate form.
HireLens is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to our platform, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of HireLens after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
